5 Beauty benefits of bananas

Bananas are one of the healthiest fruits. Rich in iron and fibre, banana are also very beneficial in beauty regimes too. Let’s see what are the five beauty benefits of bananas.

— Anti aging
Take 1 mashed banana add 1 tsp orange juice to it with 1 tsp thick yogurt. Mix ir well and make a thick paste. Apply the mask on your face for 10-12 minutes and wash off.

— Acne reduction
Add 1 tbsp honey and a pinch of turmeric to some mashed banana. Apply the paste on your face with a thicker layer where you breakouts. Wash it off after 15 minutes.

— Skin lightening
Take a ripe banana and smash it to paste. Add 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp honey to it. Apply to the face, neck, under arms and joints, where your skin is most prone to darkness. Wash off after 15-20 minutes.

— Smooth hair
Add 1 tbsp honey and 2 tbsp plain yogurt to one bowl of sliced banana and blend it to make a paste. Apply it evenly on damp hair and wrap it with a shower cap for 30-40 minutes before washing your hair with preferred shampoo and conditioner.

— Dandruff repair
Smash 2 bananas and add it to 1 raw egg and 5 tbsp honey. Massage the scalp why applying it on your hair. Leave it on for 30 minutes before washing with your preferred shampoo and conditioner.
