5 DIY exfoliation hacks for skincare

Exfoliation is one of the easiest and comfortable methods of skincare. And if it’s DIY? Well, that’s even healthier! So here are five DIY exfoliates for your skincare routine.

— Coffee skin scrub
Take ¼ cup coffee ground and sugar with 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil a couple vitamin E capsules and mix them well into a coarse paste. Apply the paste on your skin and massage well. Leave it for 10-15 minutes before washing off.

— Baking soda face scrub
Add 1 tbsp baking soda to 2 tbsp coconut oil and a few drops of tea tree essential oil. Apply the well mixed paste on cleansed slightly damp face. Massage in circulation motions for a couple of minutes and leave on for 5 minutes before washing off.

— Sea salt body scrub
Mix 1 cup sea salt with ½ cup Olive Oil and 10 drops of preferred essential oil. Massage the mixture on your skin in gentle circulation motions and leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.

— Rose petals lip scrub
Take 1 cup of blended fresh rose petals with ½ cup sugar, ½ tsp coconut oil and 1 tsp honey and combine them into a thick paste. Scrub gently on for 5 minutes and rinse off.

— Milk foot scrub
Soak your feet in a blend of 2 cups of milk and lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Remove your feet and massage it with a mix of granulated sugar and coconut oil. Wash it off and massage with coconut before putting on comfortable socks.
