Are you, too planning to start a healthy diet but have no idea where to start from? Don’t fret, we’ve got you! Here are five quick and easy to make healthy salad recipes—
Japanese Radish Salad
Scoop up some scallions and baby greens and top it up with a layer of watermelon radish slices. Add some Mirin, rice vinegar, soy sauce, grated ginger and salt and vegetable oil to taste.
Purée 1 cup of mayo and 1 cup of blue cheese with 1/2 a cup buttermilk, 1 shallot, lemon zest, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt and pepper. Top the drizzle of iceberg wedges with egg mimosa and bacon.
Take some grated orange zest and vanilla and whisk milk of 1 coconut with it. Toss some sliced grapes, tangerines, apples and cool it in the refrigerator. Use toasted coconut and walnut to garnish the salad.
Mix wedges of peach and cubes of watermelon with some watercress and drizzle olive oil and few drops of lemon juice. Season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss sliced red onion, kalamata olive halves and chopped cucumber with dill and feta. Season it with drizzled olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
