Winters are around the corner and with it comes the painful fissures but there is no need to suffer this season, as heeling your dry cracked heels doesn’t have to be complicated.

Here are 5 ways you can heal your heels:

Apply moisturizer consistently
One of the major reasons for cracked heels is dryness and applying moisturizer 2 times a day can be really helpful but the trick is to be consistent whether you are preventing your heels or healing the damaged.

Use petroleum jelly
If you are facing issues of excess dryness, applying a thin layer of petroleum jelly after moisturizing can protect moisture loss from your cracked heels.

Soak your feet
Soak your feet in lukewarm water for 20 minutes and apply moisturizer after you are done. It will not only help you soften your heels but also relax the muscles.

Scrub your feet
To remove dead and dry skin from your feet, scrubbing is an essential step as it reduces the chances of dry, cracked heels to a great extent.

Keep your feet covered
Exposing your feet to cold weather can make the condition of your cracked heels even worse so it is very important to keep them covered with socks and shoes.

Protect your heels this winter season with these easy ways and have happy winters!
