Faraaz Khan, the actor who featured in the song Yeh Teri Aankhen Jhuki Jhuki from Fareb was rushed to the Intensive Care Unit of Bengaluru’s Vikram Hospital on October 8, following the diagnosis of a chest infection.
Currently, still in the hospital, Faraaz’s brother, Fahmaan Khan asked for financial help and set up a fundraising platform for his brother’s treatment. In his plea for help, Fahmaan additionally informed how Faraaz was also diagnosed with a brain infection and needs ₹25 lakhs for the treatment. According to his doctors, Faraaz’s chances of survival are at 50%.
Actress Pooja Bhatt shared his plea for help on Twitter and wrote, “Please share and contribute if possible. I am. Would be grateful if any of you can as well.”
Ever the humanitarian, Salman Khan came to the aid of Faraaz and has been paying his medical bills. This development was only uncovered when actress Kashmera Shah took to Instagram to praise the Bharat actor and his charitable heart. She wrote, “You are truly a great Human Being. Thank you for taking care of Faraaz Khan and his medical bills. Actor Faraaz Khan of Fareb game is in critical condition and Salman has stood by his side and helped him like he helps so many others. I am and will always remain a true admirer. If people don’t like this post I don’t care. You have a choice to unfollow me. This is what I think and feel. I think he is the most genuine person I have ever met in this film industry @beingsalmankhan.”
