Arjun Kapoor is set star in Pavan Kirpalani’s upcoming horror-comedy Bhoot Police, the original cast of which includes Saif Ali Khan, Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Shaikh. The film is expected to go on floors by the end of the year (2020). The makers took to Twitter to reveal the new addition to the cast of the spooky adventure comedy and share the production update.
Produced by Akshai Puri and Ramesh Taurani, the latter’s production house, Tips Films and Music tweeted, “#SaifAliKhan & @arjunk26 join the cast of ‘Bhoot Police’! This is the first time that the stars will be seen together and buzz is that the two will be playing ghost-busters on screen. Both the actors are known for their terrific comic-timing and together it will be an interesting duo to watch out for.
Meanwhile, Arjun Kapoor has begun shooting for John Abraham’s yet-to-be-titled film in which he stars opposite Rakul Preet Singh. The Kaashive Nair-directed film has John pair opposite Aditi Rao Hydari. The shooting for the film is currently underway with only a few days of shoot remaining including a last shoot-schedule slated for post-rains.
