Cool as Cucumber: 5 cucumber mask to hydrate your skin

Cucumbers are hydrating and moisturising agents that cool the skin and treat it for dark spots, blemishes, and tans. Cucumbers and cucumber masks are the most sought after when it comes to natural skin remedies. Let’s see some:

Cucumber and Curd Face Mask
A simple mask made with grated cucumber and a tablespoon of curd is a great way to hydrate and moisturise dry skin and also tighten pores.

Cucumber and Rose water

A cucumber and rose water mask helps reduce skin discolourations, treat blemishes and spots. All you need is half a grated cucumber and two tablespoons of rose water. Apply it on your face and keep it till it dries completely and then rinse it with some cold water.

Cucumber and Turmeric
If you’re looking for a cucumber mask for oily skin, this is it. Mix ¼ grated cucumber with a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of turmeric. Keep the mask on for 20 minutes and wash it off with some water

Cucumber and Coconut oil
Cucumber and coconut oil is an effective combination to moisturise the skin deeply. Just mix the juice of half a cucumber with a tablespoon of organic coconut oil and apply it on your face and neck. Leave it for about 15-20 minutes and wash it off with some warm water.

Cucumber and Potato
Both cucumbers and potatoes help in reducing dark circles. A tablespoon of cucumber juice mixed with a tablespoon of potato juice helps achieve and even skin tone.
