Her filmography for the coming year is massive as she headlines big projects alongside Hrithik Roshan (Fighter), Prabhas (Project K) and Shah Rukh Khan (Pathan), among others. She will also be seen in the remake of The Intern that she is also producing.
Shakun Batra’s Gehraiyaan, which will stream on Amazon Prime Video is a much awaited film though. The film marks her first project with the director. In an interview Deepika mentioned that she found similarities between collaborating with Sanjay Leela Bhansali as well as Shakun Batra. “Literally from the time you are on the set to the time you leave, actors are on their feet the whole time, except the lunch break,” Deepika said.
Her costar Siddhant Chaturvedi, who spoke to us last week told us how meticulous Deepika is at work. The actor has worked with Ranveer Singh in Gully Boy found similarities between the two leading artistes.
