- Ph.D. Degree Holders: All professionals holding Ph.D. degree from one of the top 500 universities around the world.
- Doctors: Doctors who are specialized in viral epidemiology.
- Engineers: Engineers specialized in computers, electronics, programming, electricals and active technology.
- Achievers: Those who achieved a 3.8 GPA or more from approved universities.
- Scientists and Researchers: Those who are researchers and specialists in their own respective fields.
- Inventors: Those who added a value to the UAE’s economy.
- Artists: Creative individuals in the culture and art field.
- Investors: Foreigners who have invested 10 Million AED or more.
