Today is the big day when two superstars of the Hindi film industry, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will tie the knot. We bring to you details from one of the biggest celebrations of the year. Both bride and groom, Deepika and Ranveer will be wearing designer Sabyasachi’s creations on both days. Today is the Konkani-South Indian style wedding and tomorrow is the Sindhi style wedding.
On day one, Deepika will be seen in a white and gold traditional silk saree by Sabyasachi and a red lehenga on day two by the same designer. While Ranveer will be wearing a heavy handcrafted Sabyasachi sherwani with all the works. Sabyasachi himself is present at the wedding and he will also personally look into the fine details of the bride and groom’s attires at both the important ceremonies taking place tomorrow and day after. He happens to be one of the fewest guests with a Bollywood connect at the wedding that’s taking place at Lake Como in Italy. Most of the guests present there are family and close friends of the couple.
Our sources present at the ring ceremony share how the guests were greeted personally at the venue with a hand written note. Everyone was touched by this gesture. Deepika looked splendid in her bridal attire while Ranveer as always stole hearts.
