Haircuts trends dominating 2021

2020 may have seen you let your locks grow out, but the new year doesn’t have to be the same. So if you’re heading out for a haircut or trying one yourself at home, here are some hair trends you might want to try.

Bangs

From baby bangs to curtain bangs, fringes in all forms are trending. As much as we’ve regretted cutting our fringes to sort or not enough, they are one of the easiest looks to maintain even by yourself for months on the end.

Layers

Layers when done well add tons of volume, making them the perfect option for the fine-haired gals.

Mullets

With Rihanna and Miley Cyrus hopping on the mullet trend, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t. Business in the front, party in the back, this hairstyle is the perfect grunge aesthetic.

The Rapunzel mane

Maybe you shouldn’t chop off those long locks after all. Celebrities like J-Lo have been sporting their waist-length hair everywhere, so maybe just get a trim to keep your hair healthy.

The Bob

The bob has been in trend since 2019 and it makes sense! The low maintenance hair cut is versatile and can be styled multiple ways. The updo however gets an upgrade in 2020 with its tousled look.
