The trailer to the third installation of the Dhamaal franchise was released earlier today and is everything we hoped for and more.
Directed by none other than Indra Kumar himself, it features a mixed lineup of the original cast – Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukh, Sanjay Mishra (who had skipped the second installment – Double Dhamaal) and Jaaved Jaafri, along with the notable additions of Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Madhuri Dixit and Esha Gupta. That’s right, Madhuri Dixit and Anil Kapoor’s ever-eternal ‘Dhak Dhak’ jodi makes a glamorous return to the silver screen after several years, and their chemistry looks as good as ever.
Kabir Nayak AKA Sanjay Dutt, who played a major role in the previous installment, will unfortunately, not be joining the cast due to the filming dates being an issue.
Total Dhamaal is due to release on February 22nd after being postponed from it’s original planned release on December 2018. This was due to time constraints caused by the film’s special effects.
