The Batman makers today dropped a new action-packed trailer that has the fans all excited. Titled The Bat and The Cat trailer, it also features Zoe Kravitz as the Catwoman and showcases the intense equations between the feline vigilante and Batman. Directed by Matt Reeves, The Batman stars Robert Pattinson in the dual role of Gotham City’s vigilante detective and his alter ego, the reclusive billionaire Bruce Wayne. A killer targets Gotham’s elite with a series of sadistic machinations with a trail of cryptic clues. As the evidence begins to lead closer to home and the scale of the perpetrator’s plans becomes clear, Batman must forge new relationships, unmask the culprit, and bring justice to the abuse of power and corruption that has long plagued Gotham City.
Starring alongside Robert Pattinson, are Zoë Kravitz as Selina Kyle aka Catwoman, Colin Farrell as Oswald Cobblepot aka the Penguin, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone and Paul Dano as Edward Nashton aka the Riddler.
Directed from a screenplay by Reeves and Peter Craig, the film is based on characters from DC. Distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, the film release in India on March 4, 2022.
