Amidst the lockdown, Nimrat Kaur has a big reason to celebrate. The Lunchbox actress has earned a nomination consideration for the prestigious Emmy Awards for the ‘Supporting Actress in a Drama Series’. The actress is in the running for the Emmy nominations for her role as Tasneem Qureishi in the eighth and the final season of the much-acclaimed international show Homeland.
Nimrat had earlier been a part of the fourth season of the Emmy-winning show as well that was much-appreciated. She then returned to the last season and wowed audience and critics alike. As ISI agent, Tasneem Qureishi the actress has garnered much praise from all quarters. The actress shared her excitement on the social platforms. She tweeted, “Overwhelmed with all your wishes, love and support for the nomination consideration for the @TheEmmys for @SHO_Homeland. Your love for season 8 has been unbelievable!!
