This is the second movie that I have watched, where the events happen in Baghdad. Thief Of Baghdad, is a movie full of action and thrills, with a touch of comedy. The movie speaks about a thief called Youssef (Mohammad Emam) who’s trying to find a historical cemetery, that needs four special keys to open its doors. Mohammad Emam plays a cool, fearless, fun guy who falls in love with the history student Salma (Yasmine Raees) and involves her in his plan to get the treasure. Youssef, Salma and Majdi (AbdulRahman Mohammad) Youssef’s best friend set off on an adventure to find the keys to get the treasure from the ancient king of Egypt ‘s graveyard. Despite all the obstacles and discovering that they are not the only ones trying to find the treasure, are they able to get what they aimed for? Watch the movie to find out. One of the movie’s surprises is the role that actor Mohammad AbdulWahab plays.
Some events are based on true incidents, and some are not. The events flow in a fun manner and you’ll be entertained. But you do have to pay your full attention to the screen to understand what’s going on, as some of the events may not be clear to you, especially when it’s about the magical keys.
If you love action movies, this is a good option to choose, because this movie is getting re-released after the lockdown. The film premiered for the first time on 20th Jan. 2020. A good watch! Go for it and post your reviews on the comments section.
