Panipat: The Great Betrayal is an epic war film directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar. Based on the Third Battle of Panipat, it stars Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, and Kriti Sanon and is scheduled to be theatrically released in India on 6 December 2019 and 5th Dec in the Middle East.
Director Ashutosh Gowariker seems to be back with a bang as he readies for his next film after the mixed response to ‘Mohenjo Daro’ which was unable to deliver at the box-office. The movie will be going on floors in mid-2018. The teaser poster of ‘Panipat’ is out and it sees a hand holding a royal sword ready for action.
