Turns out Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra will be announcing the Oscar 2021 nominations this Monday, March 15. The dynamic duo took to their social media, with Priyanka tapping into a TikTok trend. In the clip, we see Nick acting nonchalant and adorably poking fun at PeeCee’s announcement.
According to reports, the happy couple will be announcing the nomination in all 23 categories via a global live stream on Oscars.com, Oscars.org, and the Academy’s digital platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
The Academy also shared an official tweet about PeeCee and Nick unraveling the nominations on 15 March. “Who’s excited for #OscarNoms? Join @priyankachopra and @nickjonas here on Monday at 5:19 am,” the official tweet read.
Unlike the other award shows this year which have been a hybrid of virtual and in-person presentations, the Oscars 2021 will be an in-person ceremony and will be held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
