For the Konkani ceremony, both stars looked magnificent in traditional south Indian attire – wherein Deepika wore an elegant peach Sari, while Ranveer wore a long cream colored Kurta suit. Ranveer looked stunning in a white shewani with golden intricate work by Sabyasachi. The ‘Simmba’ actor kept his look traditional in a white dhoti-kurta. On the other hand, our Konkani bride was seen in a traditional Konkani style saree but with a twist. She had opted for a silk saree.
For the Sindhi ceremony, the couple was color-coordinated. Deepika Padukone was wearing a traditional red lehenga. Ranveer Singh looked dapper in a matching red and gold sherwani from their big day.
Deepika’s makeup artist was Sandhya and her hair stylist was Gabriel Georgioo. For the North ceremony, Deepika’s appearance looked royal and beautiful. Her hair was very simple, as everything else was very heavy that Deepika wore. For the South ceremony, Deepika’s hair was in a tight bun with three rows of gajras at the back and beautiful jewels in the middle of her bun.
The bride and groom wore looks by Sabyasachi Mukherjee who is one of the country’s top designers. The designer is known for his glamorous take on “traditional Indian fashion” !
