After revival of Gossip Girl and F.R.I.E.N.D.S, Sex and The City is back for a 10 episode run! The reboot will is named And Just Like That and will air on HBO. The release date hasn’t yet been revealed but, in January 2021, the cast teased a video on social media captioned, “I couldn’t help but wonder… where are they now?” The series allegedly began filming in June, 2021.
The show, created by Darren Star, originally aired on HBO from 1998 to 2004 and was later brought back as a film in 2008 and the sequel in 2010. It was reported that the reboot will focus on Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte “as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s,”
The cast members that will be coming back for this reboot are Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie Bradshaw), Kristin Davis (Charlotte York Goldenblatt), Cynthia Nixon (Miranda Hobbes) John Corbett, a.k.a. Aidan, Chris Noth as Big and so many more! We are so excited to see our favourite characters brought back to life for this limited series!
