The A-Z of Diwali in B-Town!

Diwali spells festivities, celebrations, puja, lights, friends and endless gorging on sweets for everyone. And if you’re wondering what the festival of light entails for B-Towners, here’s a lowdown on the ABCs of Diwali celebrations in Bollywood!

C is for the Card Parties that are part of B-Town lore with big money being rolled around for the shagun! But more than the money at stake, it’s the camaraderie at display between the celeb brigade at these close-knit lavish affairs that has everyone’s hearts. Jeetendra and Ekta Kapoor’s card parties are legendary! Karan Johar too hosts some of the best parties in B-Town. Aamir Khan is known to host a more private bash at his Bandra residence, while Shilpa Shetty Kundra and husband Raj Kundra’s Juhu house welcomes their set of Bollywood friends for some fun rounds. Anil Kapoor’s Diwali celebrations are also much written about.
