The cast of Spider-Man 3 keeps getting bigger and better! Charlie Cox of Daredevil fame is joining Peter Parker on his next mission. Despite the Netflix series Daredevil being canceled, Charlie Cox will reprise the role of the blind superhero.
This is the first time Daredevil will be seen saving the day in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Recently the film and television rights for Daredevil reverted back to Marvel Studios and Disney from Netflix. Cox’s last appearance as Matt Murdock/Daredevil was two years ago when the series was canceled on Netflix.
In a long list of surprise cast names in the Spider-Man 3 movie, the creators previously announced that Kirsten Dunst, Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Alfred Molina will also be in the much-awaited movie. Reports suggest that Spider-Man 3 may explore the multiverse with the help of Doctor Strange as Benedict Cumberbatch will also be seen alongside Tom Holland.
Fans will have to wait till December 2021 to see Daredevil and Spiderman fight evil side by side!
