Earning their Fashion Stripes: B-Town beauties glam it up in the stripes!

Stripes have always been a fashion fave. Why? They can balance the dimensions of your body by creating illusions. Horizontal stripes create the illusion of broadness and vertical stripes create an illusion of height. But stripes needn’t always be vertical or horizontal though, there are the zig-zags, diagonals, and barcodes as well. The versatility of stripes extend to dress, jumpsuits, and even sarees. Let’s see some of our B-Town beauties show how:

Anushka Sharma
Anushka Sharma sports a comfortable airport look wearing a dress striped in blue and white with a pair of white sneakers. It’s simple, cool, and extremely travel-friendly.

Tamannaah Bhatia
Tamannaah gives a stylish twist to the easy stripes. Her vertically striped pantsuit comes attached with a skirt that is horizontally striped. The combination of different stripes and layers amplifies the look.

Sonam K Ahuja
Sonam’s collared dress is chic and sophisticated. The combination of red and white goes perfectly for the day look. Sonam, too, mixes stripes to add volume and dimension to the look.

Sara Ali Khan
Sara’s sexy striped outfit is off-shouldered, layered, and edgy. Sara’s outfit is striped in white and red on the inside and in black and white on the outside.

Parineeti Chopra
Parineeti goes for a classic cool-girl look with an off-shoulder striped top and a dungaree. It’s casual, comfy, and undeniably cool.

Katrina Kaif
Katrina defines the Boss Lady that she is in her striped pantsuit. Katrina pairs it up with big hoops, a high ponytail, and muted make-up.

Kajol Devgn
Kajol has been stealing our hearts since the 90s and she does so yet again in a ravishing saree look. The saree is striped giving it an almost zebra-print like appearance, and Kajol pairs it with an ornamented choker and her million-dollar smile.
