About F & B Night 2025
Filmfare Middle East F&B Night 2025 – Indian Edition will be held in September 2025 and the objective is to bring together and celebrate the top notch elements of the Indian food and beverage industry in the region. While the F&B industry in the whole of UAE has grown exponentially over the past few years, the Indian food scene has taken the country by storm. From hole-in-the-wall eateries that serve authentic dishes that remind you of home to Michelin star Indian chefs who have set up their footprints, the desi food scene is buzzing…
These awards will honour those individuals and brands that have become a part and parcel of our daily lives. We have been watching, observing and appreciating the hard work and skill that has made your outlet such a talking point among foodies.
The Awards will pay tribute to the sheer spunk and the hard work of those in the restaurant business. From the CEO whose vision has ensured that Indian food has made an imprint on the global scene to the CHEF whose magical creations have taken desi dishes to a whole new level, to those who’ve added the pizzaz to the bartending scene, and even the DELIVERY SERVICES who ensure that the food reaches you warm and fresh, this is one award that will recognise South Asian talent on the food scene.

The attendees of F&B Night 2025 will include the Who’s who of the F&B industry including General Managers, Chefs, Managing Directors F&B Directors & Managers, Restaurant Owners, Marketing and PR professionals, food bloggers and other media.

📋 Process – How It Works?
All restaurants in the UAE can nominate themselves in multiple categories for the Awards.
🎖️ All nominated restaurants will receive a Certificate of Appreciation from Filmfare Middle East.
Step 1: Nominations
Restaurants register nominations under their selected categories.
Step 2: Initial Review
Team FFME performs online assessment and verification.
Step 3: Semi-Finalists
Semi-finalists from each category are shortlisted and shared with the celebrity judges.
Step 4: Finalists
Judges select the Top 3 finalists in each category.
Step 5: Public Voting
Finalists enter the online voting phase where the public participates.
Step 6: Grand Awards Night
Winners are announced at the Award Ceremony on 20th September 2025.
📋 Terms & Conditions
- Entries open for all the Indian restaurants based out of the UAE.
- Restaurants must meet the basic eligibility criteria for each category.
- Participation can be maximum in TWO categories.
- Nominations must be submitted within the specified nomination period.
- All restaurants should provide factual and complete information about their outlet, with special emphasis on their accolades and how they stand out among others.
- Supporting credentials should be provided making your entry a strong contender.
- Final decisions lie with FILMFARE MIDDLE EAST.
- Nomination fee of AED 350 + 5% VAT will be applicable for each award category.
