Hrithik’s strict workout routine is to burn 3000 calories per day!

Awaiting his digital debut with Disney+ Hotstar, the Hindi adaptation of a Tamil thriller, a silver jubilee project, his third collaboration with Siddharth Anand on Fighter, opposite Deepika Padukone for the first time and his superhero franchise, Krrish – Hrithik Roshan has his hands full. He is reported to be in early talks for Ramayana as well.

Known to get into rigorous prep, not just on the acting front, but also his physique, currently he needs to be extremely lean. Over the last few months, he has been working out with his fitness instructor for a lean body with chiseled muscles. He has reportedly been following a strict diet and a work out routine, burning 3000 calories per day. The work out plan is a blend of weights, cardio, pilates and yoga !
