Rohit Saraf is gearing up for one of his most ambitious web series, The Revolutionaries. Recently, the actor wrapped filming for this unconventional project, which tells a powerful story of brave young Indian freedom fighters who believed that armed resistance was not just vital but indispensable to ending the British Raj.

He shared a click with the cast and penned a wholesome note. The post read: “The last year has been an exhilarating stretch…one that’s quietly reshaped who I thought I was. When I look back at the past fourteen months, the growth feels real. My body feels different. My mind feels steadier and the heart feels tougher.” He also thanked director Nikkhil Advani and hailed his vision to keep the entire team moving with conviction.
“The true leader of this revolution who has brought us to this day. Thank you sir (Nikkhil Advani), I’ve enjoyed trusting you.” – Rohit Saraf
Ever since the first look of The Revolutionaries was unveiled, Rohit Saraf stole the show with his unrecognizable transformation, shedding the layers of his boy-next-door charm to enter an intense, patriotic, and gritty avatar. Now that he has completed filming The Revolutionaries, his fans are eager to see him in a role that taps into his unseen shade as a promising actor.
Directed by Nikkhil Advani, this period drama will see Rohit Saraf alongside Bhuvan Bam, Pratibha Ranta, Gurfateh Pirzada and Jason Shah. The series is an adaptation of Sanjeev Sanyal’s widely acclaimed book, Revolutionaries: The Other Story Of How India Won Its Freedom. The Revolutionaries will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in 2026.
