As we all already know, lips are the most sensitive part of our skin. Taking care of them, the right way, can be difficult. So here are five hacks on how to keep your lips soft!
Massage your lips
Yes! you read that right. Like the rest of your body, massaging your lips helps them feel relaxed. Three to five minutes in a day and you’re good to go! Using vitamin E capsules is also very helpful to have softer fuller lips.
Use chapsticks or Lip balms
Do not leave your lips too dry all day. When they start to feel a little chapped, make sure to use a chapstick or lip balm.
Don’t touch or lick
Constantly touching or licking your lips, especially when they are splitting and scabbing makes them overtly sensitive. Biting your lips often is also a big no!
moisturize and hydrate
Like the rest of your skin, your lips need to be reminded that they are loved! Keep moisturizing and hydrating them. Remember to use a different moisturizer than the one you use on your body.
Scrub and exfoliate
It is very important to regularly scrub and exfoliate your lips to avoid darkening. You can use home made scrubs, which are so easy to prepare!
