SUSPENSE ALERT: Prime Video’s original crime thriller movie Stolen set to premiere on THIS date!

Prime Video has announced that the gripping thriller Stolen is all set to premiere globally on June 4. The directorial debut of Karan Tejpal, co-written with Swapnil Salkar (aka Agadbumb) and producer Gaurav Dhingra, the film is executive-produced by a dream team of cinema heavyweights – Anurag Kashyap, Kiran Rao, Nikkhil Advani, and Vikramaditya Motwane.

Picture this – two city-slicker brothers witness a heart-wrenching kidnapping of a baby at a rural railway station. One brother’s conscience kicks in, and he ropes in the other for a dangerous deep dive into the underbelly of rural India — no GPS, no backup, just grit and gut instinct.

Leading the charge on screen are Abhishek Banerjee, Harish Khanna, Mia Maelzer, Sahidur Rahaman, and Shubham — a powerhouse cast that brings this emotionally raw, edge-of-your-seat thriller to life.

The film made its debut at the 2023 Venice Film Festival to a standing ovation, and it’s been cleaning up at festivals ever since. Best Director, Best Cinematography, Best Actress at Beijing; Best Film and Best Director at Skip City in Japan; a Special Mention at Zurich; and well-received screenings at Jio MAMI and IFFK back home.
