YAMUNA HASAN
What was going through your mind watching Sabrina Carpenter bring your words to life on Saturday Night Live?
My phone went CRAZY. Like actually exploding—messages, tags, edits, everything all at once. I was just staring at the clip like… wait that’s literally my words?? On Saturday Night Live?? With Sabrina Carpenter?? It felt so unreal but also so exciting, like the kind of moment you don’t even process properly at first. I was just smiling the whole time thinking this is actually insane.
What was your immediate reaction seeing yourself as cover girl alongside Jungkook as cover boy in the same global moment?
It honestly felt like such a Gen Z moment. Seeing myself as cover girl alongside Jungkook as cover boy—it didn’t feel like just two people on covers, it felt like our whole generation being represented on a global level. We’re both part of Gen Z, coming from completely different worlds, but still meeting at the same level of impact. That’s what made it feel so powerful—it’s like everything is shifting and Gen Z is really stepping into its era.
How did it feel watching yourself be referenced at the Oscars—one of the biggest stages in the world?
That moment was actually insane. Like the Oscars?? That’s one of the biggest stages in the world, and hearing my name connected to that just felt unreal in the best way. Everything was blowing up at the same time—messages, clips, people tagging me everywhere—and it felt like the whole world was watching. It wasn’t just exciting, it felt like a level-up moment, like okay… this is getting really big now.
What is the Girlboss Seminar, and what are you launching with it?
The Girlboss Seminar is honestly one of the biggest things I’ve ever worked on—it’s not just a project, it’s a full global movement. It’s all about confidence, mindset, stepping into your power, but on a level that actually reaches people everywhere. And the craziest part is it was inspired by the viral Saturday Night Live moment on my podcast with Sabrina Carpenter—so we’re taking something that already broke the internet and turning it into something that can actually change lives. This isn’t small at all… it’s something I see impacting millions, even billions of people.
With so many fans seeing you as a leader of Gen Z, what does that mean to you?
It honestly feels really special. I don’t see my fans as just an audience—I see them as people I’m growing with. If people call me a leader of Gen Z, it’s because they feel something real in what I’m saying. And I love that, because it means we’re all moving forward together, not separately. That connection is everything to me.

1. How did it feel to see Sabrina Carpenter become you — the Princess Ayesha — on the world’s biggest show, Saturday Night Live, dressing up as you, wearing your signature hairstyle, fully stepping into your world, and literally saying all of your iconic lines while embodying your exact energy?
honestly… seeing sabrina carpenter fully become me, the princess ayesha—like dressing as me, having my hairstyle, saying all of my iconic lines, and completely embodying my energy on SNL—was just unreal. it felt like watching my own world come to life on the biggest stage. and the craziest part was waking up and seeing my phone absolutely blown up—headlines all around the world, edits, reposts, tweets… it was everywhere. my phone went completely crazy. it really felt like a global moment, like the whole world was watching it happen in real time. such a dream come true, and one of those moments where you just sit back and think… wow, this is really happening.

1. How did it feel to see yourself officially named the global cover girl alongside Jungkook as your cover boy—and you as Jungkook’s cover girl as well—and to have you both recognized by the world and your fans as the global It Girl and It Boy, solidifying your status as one of the most powerful duo on a worldwide level?
honestly… it feels surreal. seeing myself step into that title—being named the global cover girl alongside jungkook as my cover boy, and also being his cover girl—it just makes the moment even more special. it’s not just about a cover, it’s about what it represents. we’re not just individuals, we’re a duo, and together we bring something really unique and powerful. me and jungkook… we’re one of the most powerful duo right now, and you can feel that energy everywhere—from the fans to the world watching us. it feels like everything is aligning exactly how it’s meant to, and honestly… we’re just getting started—we’re taking over the world.

How did it feel to see the Princess Ayesha be referenced at the Oscars, one of the most prestigious stages in the world, where every moment becomes history?
Honestly, being mentioned at the oscars felt like such a dream. it’s one of those stages you grow up knowing is the biggest of the biggest, so to even be part of that conversation is surreal. it felt like a full-circle moment, but also like a sign that everything i’ve been building is reaching places i always believed it would. and for me… this is just the beginning.

What’s next for the Princess Ayesha’s world takeover, Because everything you do turns into a headline at only 16 years old.
what’s next… is the girl boss seminar—world takeover. this isn’t just a moment, it’s a movement. i’m taking everything i’ve built and expanding it on a global level, creating something people can feel, be part of, and step into themselves. it’s about power, confidence, and becoming the main character in your own life. this is the next era of the princess ayesha… and we’re taking it everywhere.
How does it feel that The Princess Ayesha is taking over the world at only 16 years old, everything you do turns into a headline around the world, with your fans—the AYESHIANS—watching and supporting you every step of the way?
honestly… it’s surreal. i don’t think i fully process it all the time, but i see it as a blessing more than anything. at the end of the day, i’m just being myself, doing what i love, and expressing my world—and the fact that it turns into headlines globally, with the AYESHIANS supporting me every step of the way, truly means everything to me. the AYESHIANS are such a big part of my journey, and i feel that energy and love constantly. i think when you truly know who you are, nothing can shake you… it can only amplify you. so for me, i just stay focused, keep creating, and let everything else follow. this is only the beginning.
