Evelyn Sharma and fiance Tushaan Bhindi have welcomed a new member to their family, a little pup named Coco! And the Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani actress reveals that she is thrilled beyond measure. Evelyn – who has been living in Australia ever since the lockdown started – says, “I’ve been missing my life in Mumbai a lot. And of course, my dog Buchki and cat Luii, who thankfully now live happily with my dear friends! They have been such a blessing to each other in this time of lockdown and I’m glad to know that all are loved and entertained by each other’s company. But yes, I miss them terribly!”

Talking about the newest member of the family, the actress shares, “One-day Tushaan came home and surprised me with this little bundle of joy. Her name is Coco and she’s the cutest little thing! She cheers us up so much in this difficult time. She helps me overcome my homesickness and gives me a lot of purpose every day. When there’s so much uncertainty in the world, one thing stays the same: A puppy is a girl’s best friend!”
On the professional front, the Main Tera Hero actress is still riding the wave of success thanks to her stint in the biggie Saaho and her two dance numbers Babli and Jigliya in 2020. She was recently signed on as the lead in an international suspense-comedy film and will be releasing a new show format with German channel Deutsche Welle soon.
