Gram Flour to Glam Up!

The one thing women swear by for their glowing skin is gram flour. Gram flour or Besan is an incredible ingredient that helps cleanse the face and brighten it. The famous ubtan is popularly used by households from a very young age and continues to do much into adulthood. Here’s checking out some of the face packs you can try with this simple but fab ingredient:

Gram Flour And Turmeric Face Pack
A brightening face walk can be made by mixing a tablespoon of gram flour, a tablespoon of rosewater, and a teaspoon of turmeric. Apply it on your face and keep it for 15-20 minutes before washing it off. This may dry your skin, so make sure to apply a moisturiser afterward. 
 
Gram Flour Scrub
Mix 2 tablespoons of gram flour with 1.5 tablespoons of water to create a scrub. Apply the paste on your face, keep it for 5-10 minutes and then scrub it off with the help of some olive or coconut oil. The scrub deep cleanses the pores, cleanses the dirt and removes dead skin cells.

Banana and Gram Flour Pack
A mask made out with 1 tablespoon gram flour, 1 ripe banana, and 1 teaspoon of honey moisturises the skin deeply and ensures a soft and supple skin. The pack replenishes the nutrient needs of the skin and is an excellent way to get a clean and moisturise the skin. 

 Papaya and Gram Flour Pack
A great way to get rid of tan is to mix papaya pulp with a tablespoon of gram flour and squeeze a lemon into it. Apply the pack for 15-20 minutes to cool the skin, cure sunburns, and de-tan.

 Yogurt and Gram Flour
2 tablespoons of gram flour with 2 tablespoons of yogurt helps remove the dead cells and helps in the thorough cleansing of the skin. Moreover, it also brightens the skin and helps lighten dark spots, dark circles, and other blemishes.
