Moviedom brings first 100 seater twin screen mini multiplexes to Siliguri & Vasind
Siliguri & Vasind in India will see the first two 100 seater twin screen Mini multiplexes before the end of this year. Whistleblower for justice and Kill web 2036 two Hollywood movies are under development and two Mega events in Dubai are planned this year too.
In 2021, Hira embarked on a comprehensive journey across India to research and identify deficiencies within the Indian film exhibition sector, specifically concerning cinema halls.
A notable disparity was observed in screen density: the USA had 169 screens per million people, China had 70, while India possessed only 9. This significant gap was particularly striking given India’s profound appreciation for cinema, where figures such as deities, cricketers, and movie stars hold esteemed positions in majority of households.
The findings from the survey revealed that major cinema chains, including Inox, PVR, and Cinepolis, were predominantly concentrated in A or B+ metropolitan areas. They lacked presence in B and C-tier cities, which collectively account for 85% of India’s population.
Further analysis indicated that filmmakers encountered substantial challenges in executing their projects. These challenges stemmed either from insufficient funding or from highly aggressive financial arrangements that allocated the majority of revenue to studios, exhibitors, and intermediaries, leaving creators with minimal returns.
In response to these identified gaps, Hira established Moviedom World OPC Pvt Ltd in India, a company dedicated to constructing mini-multiplexes nationwide.
Concurrently, Moviedom FZ LLE was founded in the UAE to focus on movie and music production.
To facilitate project expansion, Hira founded Moviedom Limited in the British Virgin Islands in 2025. He subsequently integrated his entertainment ventures onto the blockchain, tokenizing all projects to introduce a model where individuals could fractionally own entertainment assets, rather than merely consuming them.
On January 19, 2026, MDOM tokens of MOVIEDOM were listed on Tier 2 exchange. Within one month, these tokens generated a substantial trading volume of $30 million.
The MdomX exchange, exclusively designed for MDOM token vesting and open trading, is scheduled for launch on March 3, 2026, with a Tier 1 MEXC listing planned for March 2026.
