Follow a healthy diet

We all know that a clean body means a clean mind. Fasting should help you lose unwanted weight. Maintain a healthy diet during iftar hours and drink 8 glasses of water from the sunset till sunrise time.

 

 

Get enough sleep

What many people do during Ramadan is stay up late and skip the needed sleeping hours that their body needs. Make sure that you are getting 6 to 8 sleeping hours to get sufficient mental and physical rest.

 

 

Have physical activity

Walking for 30 minutes daily will be good enough. Walking and having daily physical activity will keep your mind fresh. For those who want to lose weight, walking before Iftar for 30 minutes to one hour is highly recommended.
