Romania to London
Born in Romania, Dr. Rosca began her medical journey there, earning her MBBS degree in 2000 from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iasi, before moving to the UK, where she spent 15 years in the NHS and private practice. During her formative years in London, she immersed herself in emergency medicine, pediatrics, palliative care, and a spectrum of hospital and community specialties with rotations in A&E, geriatrics, and orthopedics. These helped her build the foundation for the broad, integrated approach she practices today. After becoming a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2014, her career continued to expand into senior GP roles and private practice leadership.
In 2017, she relocated to Gibraltar and Spain that allowed her to merge all her passions: general practice, aesthetics, and community wellness.

Dr. Rosca’s professional world today spans two countries. At Midtown Clinic in Gibraltar, she works as a Private GP, offering everything from well-woman health checks to menopause management, childhood development assessments, vaccinations, and screening-focused care.
