Video games have inspired some of the most exciting live-action films and TV shows, bringing beloved characters and stories to new audiences. From action-packed adventures to spine-chilling horrors, these adaptations have captured the essence of gaming in unique ways. Resident Evil
Resident Evil is a survival horror game series where players fight to survive in a world ravaged by a virus that turns people and animals into terrifying creatures. The story follows various characters uncovering the secrets of the Umbrella Corporation. The 2002 live-action film franchise introduced Alice (Milla Jovovich), an original character. It spawned several sequels, including Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004) and Resident Evil: Retribution (2012), and was rebooted in 2021 with Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, closely following the game’s original plot.
Silent Hill

The 2023 live-action adaptation follows a guard as he faces off against the deadly animatronics.
