While women never fail to turn up that gold power when it comes to sporting their gold jewellery at family events or important functions, dressing in golden ensembles is not always done right. Yes, now that’s a bit tricky as you don’t want to end up looking like a golden statue that’s moving around right? But as always, our B-Towners have nailed that look too. So let’s take a leaf out of their wardrobe lessons on how to dress to dazzle in those complete golden ensembles:
Ananya Panday 
Is Wearing: Ananya gets the look quite right with an all-gold lehenga and a sleek choker. She keeps her hair untied and styled on one side with neutral makeup.
What you can also do: You can opt for long earrings in place of the choker and add a touch of colour to the lips. Gold adds a lot of shine, so make sure everything else is kept minimal.
Fatima Sana Shaikh
Is Wearing: Fatima wears a golden saree with an embellished blouse of the same shade. She pairs it up with elongated earrings, red lips, and naturally parted hair.
What you can also do: You can wear a different shade of Gold depending on what suits your skin tone. If kohl is your thing, you can line your eyes instead of red lips. Try not to do both together, as it can take attention away from your outfit.
You can also pull your hair into a bun and pair the outfit with a choker or wear smaller earrings if that’s your preference.
Mrunal Thakur
Is Wearing: Mrunal combines gold tube gown with bluestone embedded earrings. Her short hair is curled and she finishes the look with kohled eyes, blue eye shadow, and pink lips.
What you can also do: With a tube gown like Mrunal’s, you can add a dainty choker or larger earrings. You needn’t go as offbeat as Mrunal with a pair of blue earrings. You can opt for other colours too. A classic red lip or smokey-eyed look would look gorgeous with this kind of an outfit.
Bhumi Pednekar
Is Wearing: Bhumi Pednekar’s outfit is a minimalist’s dream. She wears a golden gown with nude stilettos and matte pink lips.
What you can also do: You can choose a pair of stilettos to go along with the outfit and pair it with a delicate anklet on one ankle. A high ponytail or fishtail braids will also look good with the outfit.
Kiara Advani
Is wearing: A sheer gold saree with a quarter sleeved gold blouse. Kiara dons on a bright lip with long earrings and combed back hair.
What you can also do: The saree you choose needn’t be sheer, it can be gold-embroidered, or a heavier gold saree. You can tie a messy bun or leave your hair loose with this look. Pick up a shade of lipstick that suits you or go for light eye makeup with a matte lipstick.
