Immersive Art Museum opens in Dubai Mall today!

Region’s largest digital art gallery just opened it’s doors to visitors. All set to attract the shoppers, Infinity Des Lumieres is located in Dubai Mall, one address with highest footfall in the city. Spread over a splendid 2,700 sq. metres, this museum projects art through 130 wall-to-wall projectors and an impressive 3000 HD digital moving images.

H.H. Sheikha Latifa Bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture & Arts authority, inaugurated Infinity Des Lumieres today, July 1. Establishment of such an elaborate digital art space, takes Dubai one step closer to its journey in becoming ‘the city of future’. Through this unique art experience, the creators are trying to bring art closer to the public with dynamic living illustrations using high-end technology devices.

Bringing these artworks to life, not only allows the observer to understand art better but they also interact and return with a new perspective. In this era of digitalization, an introduction of such a  contemporary concept enriches Dubai’s role as a global cultural centre. Van Gogh’s Starry Nights, DannyRose studio’s Dreamed Japan and Thomas Vanz’s Verse take the center stage. This is also the largest digital installation within the Dubai Mall.

This initiative is not just another attraction added to Dubai’s jewels, it also aims to motivate and promote thriving creatives and ensure the growth and value of art in the emirate.

Are you excited to step into the future of art? Let’s spend this weekend exploring and shopping away at Dubai Mall!
