Mrunal Thakur has wrapped up her portion of the shoot of the Raja Krishna Menon directorial Pippa. Shot across Amritsar and Mumbai, the film also stars Ishan Khatter, Piyush Painyuli and Soni Razdan.
The actress took to her instagram to share the update. She posted: “Playing Radha in Pippa has been an experience that can’t be described in a few adjectives. I’ve only learnt & grown as an actor While my part in this beautiful piece of art has been done, this spectacular project still continues & when it’s ready we can’t wait for you to witness it, Thank you Team Pippa❤️”
The film is based on a book written by Brigadier Balram Singh Mehta. The Burning Chaffees talks about Pippa, a heroic tank battle that highlights the bravery of the war veteran of the 45th Cavalry tank squadron who fought in the Indo-Pak war of 1971, The battle is historic as it led to the liberation of Bangladesh and the battle tank Pippa was crucial in this victory.
