On Wednesday morning, December 2, actor Sunny Deol tweeted that he had the Corona test done and tested positive for the same. Deol, who is currently in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh was to leave for Mumbai soon but tested positive for Covid-19 and is currently in isolation. Adding further, his tweet states that his health is fine and he urges those who came in contact with him to isolate themselves and get tested.
Deol, 64, was recuperating at a farmhouse in Manali after undergoing shoulder surgery in Mumbai. Before the actor, the Himachal Pradesh health secretary has disclosed that Sunny Deol tested positive for Covid-19 on Tuesday, December 1.
Sunny Deol will soon be seen back on the screen with Apne 2 in Diwali 2021, with his father Dharmendra, brother Bobby Deol and his son Karan Deol. The actor confirmed the news on Twitter with a tweet reading, “Through Babaji’s blessing and your love, we’ll all be seen together once again. Feeling blessed to get a chance to work with my father, brother again this time with my son. #Apne2, in cinemas Diwali 2021”
The movie is by filmmaker Anil Sharma, produced by Deepak Mukut. The former also directed the 2007 movie.
