The first Hindi film to be shot and completed during the pandemic with on-set COVID management, Bellbottom has generated a huge buzz in recent days with trade insiders speculating about its release. The star has announced July 27 as the theatrical release date of the film.
Mounted on a lavish budget, the espionage thriller is based on true events. This will be the first Akshay Kumar starrer to enjoy a theatrical release this year. According to makers, the film promises grand international locations, 80’s nostalgia, and breath-taking sequences. The announcement is certainly good news for theatres and those in the industry as it marks the return to theatres.
