Bhuj The Pride of India: Ajay Devgn – Sanjay Dutt starrer to release on THIS date

The film based on a true incident from the 1971 Indo-Pak war will have a direct-to-digital release

Ajay Devgn has announced the release date of his upcoming film Bhuj: The Pride of India. The war film helmed by Abhishek Dudhaiya will have a direct-to-digital release on August 13 on Disney Plus Hotstar. Starring Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Ammy Virk, Sonakshi Sinha, Sharad Kelkar and Nora Fatehi, the film is based on real events that happened during the 1971 Indo-Pak war.

The teaser reveals that Pakistan had attacked Bhuj airbase 35 times in 14 days as part of Operation Chenghiz Khan. The film revolves around IAF Squadron Vijay Karnik (Ajay Devgn), who reconstructed the Bhuj airbase with the help of 300 local women.

The film’s trailer will be released on July 12.
