The South superstar’s yet-to-be-titled film will go on the floors in the next quarter of 2021
National Award winning actor Dhanush has announced his next film with renowned director Sekhar Kammula. The South superstar’s Tamil, Telugu and Hindi trilingual film is being produced on a grand scale by Narayan Das K Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao (of Sree Venkateswara Cinemas) and is being presented by Sonali Narang.
Expressing his excitement of working with director Sekhar Kammula, Dhanush tweeted, “Really excited to be working with one of the directors I admire @sekharkammula sir and also elated to join hands with NarayanDasNarang sir and PuskurRamMohanRao sir under @SVCLLP banner for this trilingual. Looking forward to this.”
The film is likely to go on floors soon this year and other details are awaited. Meanwhile, the superstar will soon be seen in Aanand L Rai’s Bollywood film Atrangi Re alongside Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan.
Besides, this Dhanush also has his second international outing after The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir (2018), as he has joined the cast of Netflix’s action thriller The Gray Man co-starring Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans and Ana De Armas. The OTT thriller is being helmed by the Russo Brothers (of Avengers fame).
