Head to The China Club at Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek to get your fill of the most delectable dishes in Indo-Chinese cuisine

If you’re craving for that authentic Indo-Chinese cuisine, then look no further. We have found the perfect restaurant for you to head to and satiate those taste-buds. The China Club at Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek is a one-stop shop for all dishes Indo-Chinese!

We recently checked out their all-new menu with some of the most delectable fare and what a treat it was:

Ambience:

The first thing that grabs your attention when you step into the restaurant is the tastefully done décor that reflects the rich culture of the Orient. The mix of seating – from cozy family dining cubicles to open tables for a larger gathering of friends – there’s something for all kinds.

Starters:

We began our culinary experience here with soups and starters. The Chicken Manchow soup that was served with fried noodles, was among the yummiest we’ve ever had and it truly set the tone for what was to come. For the starters, we tried a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian. So, we had Kung pao potatoes, wok-fried prawns and The famous chilli chicken. The crisp potatoes were cooked to perfection and the rich sauce bordering on the sweet cooked with sautéed nuts and the perfectly fried prawns had our thumbs up and we’d definitely recommend these two. The chicken was well-done too, but the chicken options can be tried in the main course too. The ingredients fresh and a taste that would make you a fan of the food, the starters were filling, yet light enough for us to go on for the main course.

Main Course:

The starters done, we ordered for the mains. For this we went ahead with Chef Amjad Mallick’s recommendation and it easily the best decision we made that day. For the main course, there was Burnt Garlic Rice, an in-house specialty, Double Dragon Chicken, Veg Manchurian (gravy-based), and can any Indo-Chinese cuisine be complete without Hakka Noodles, so we had that too. All the dishes in the main course, like the starters were cooked to perfection. The authentic flavours rang through both the courses and the foods blended well with each other.

The food was accompanied with Virgin Mojito and Peach Iced Tea. Of these two, the Ice Tea was the perfect combo with the food.

Dessert:

For this we tried the chef’s special Coconut Custard pudding and it has now become one of my personal favourites when it comes to desserts. Need I say more? The perfectly sweetened dessert had my heart and made me reach out for another serving.

Quantity:

Each dish comes well-balanced and we would say the quantity served per dish is on the generous side for two.

Pricing:

With the taste on the platter and the service with ambience, this one’s a steal! Totally worth your money.

Service:

A hospitable and courteous staff and quick service make this a perfect family experience that you’d enjoy.

Our verdict:

The Radisson Blu Hotel Deira Creek has a history and this 5-star property’s reputation precedes its name. The food experience at The China Club is definitely what we would recommend, be it for a family outing or a fun get together with friends. A hot favourite of several of Bollywood celebrities too, the authentic dishes will certainly win your hearts and taste-buds. So, what’re you waiting for!
