Hair care routines to have healthy hair!

We all love summertime with the endless sunshine and clear skies. But, when the humid and arid climate that summers bring, affect our hair it does dampen our mood. So, here are a few tips to help you have healthy hair.

Hair Oil
Apply oil, preferably coconut oil, and keep it over night. Wash your hair with your preferred shampoo and conditioner. This gives your hair all the nutrients it requires and keeps it healthy!

Raw eggs
The hair masks that protect your hair from from unnecessary damage and also give it texture. Apply raw whisked eggs and let it set for 40—60 minutes before washing with a shampoo that is healthy for your hair.

Avocados
Just like avacados are healthy for your body, they are healthy for your hair too. Apply Avocado paste with a bit of honey once a month as a hair mask and you will certainly notice the difference!

Let your hair breathe
Avoid sleeping with your wet hair or your hair tied. Keeping your hair wet for a prolonged period causes lice and dandruff. Sleeping with hair tied causes breakage and weak hair.

Analyse your hair products
Keep a check of the ingredients in the products you use for your hair! Any product that contains sulphate, Formaldehyde, Synthetic Fragrances etc. are harmful for your hair.
