How to feel better? This what Selena Gomez suggested!

Selena Gomez is one of the celebrities who was courageous enough to open up about her struggles with her mental health. Recently, Selena spoke about her battle with bipolar disorder and her suffering from depression and anxiety. Gomez announced that she will be launching a mental health platform, Wondermind collaborating with her mother Mandy Teefey and The Newsletter founder and CEO Daniella Pierson. It’s planned that the platform will go live in February 2022.

 

People started asking her questions about mental health. She went live on the Wondermind Instagram that has already more than 37K followers and shared her three steps to feel better when she is not having a great day!

She started the video saying that sometimes you wake up feeling tired and just don’t want to leave your bed – it’s true Selena – the 29-years old celebrity says that she picks up the phone and calls somebody. The second thing that she recommends is to step back and understand the feelings that the brain is experiencing and try to implement new skills in your daily routine. Lastly, she shares with us how much she hates working out – many things in common – but at the same time, she tells us that she has been working out and it helps her to take out frustration.
