Rana Daggubati dropped a teaser video in character for his upcoming web series, Rana Naidu. He attempts to prepare audiences for his intense role, self-deprecatingly. He plays a problem-fixer for the city’s who’s who, eventually ending up in major trouble himself.

And as expected, the trailer offers a glimpse into fast-paced life of glamour that ‘Rana’ enjoys, punctuated with shots of violence, romance and intrigue. The top acting slot is shared between the uncle-nephew duo of Rana and Venatesh Daggubati. Surveen Chawla plays the female lead, and actors Sushant Singh, Ashish Vidyarthi and Suchitra Pillai are also part of the Netflix series.

Rana Naidu is the Indian adaptation of the popular American TV series Ray Donovan. It will release in most major languages.
