The Bollywood star is currently in quarantine and recovering at home
Ranbir Kapoor has been tested positive for the Coronavirus. The actor is currently quarantined at home and is said to be recovering well. Confirming the news, mom, actor Neetu Kapoor shared on her social media that Ranbir tested positive for Covid-19 and he’s responding well to the medication.
She posted: “Thank you for your concern and your good wishes. Ranbir has tested positive for Covid-19. He is on medication and recovering well. He is in self-quarantine at home and following all precautions.”
As per reports, Ranbir’s uncle, actor Randhir Kapoor had earlier shared the news of Ranbir’s health, but had not confirmed about the Covid. Ranbir has recently wrapped the shoot of his Ayan Mukherjee film Brahmastra co-starring Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan. The actor will also soon be seen in the period dacoit action-drama Shamshera alongside Sanjay Dutt. The film that also stars Vaani Kapoor releases on June 25. Besides, these two films, Ranbir is also working on Kabir Singh director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, as well as Luv Ranjan’s untitled film.
