Blueberry and nuts smoothie

Yummy and colorful! This smoothie has it all. The recipe by Kate Merker and Samantha Macavoy. All you need is:

  • ¼ milk
  • ½ plain yogurt
  • Fruits like: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries

Add all the ingredients to the blender and enjoy a healthy and filling smoothie.

 

Blender Pancakes

Who said pancakes are for weekends only? Not here! this recipe by The Good Housekeeping Test Kitchen is so easy to cook and too hard to avoid!

Ingredients:

– one cup and half Blueberries

– one cup milk

– One egg

– ½ all-purpose

– 2 tbsp sugar

– 2 tsp baking powder

– ½ tsp, kosher salt

How to make it?

  • In a blender, blend all ingredients through salt, keeping fruits aside.
  • Transfer batter to a bowl and stir in whole fruit or corn kernels.
  • Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet on medium until hot; brush lightly with melted butter. In batches, scoop batter by 1/4-cupfuls into skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbles appear and edges are dry. With a spatula, turn; cook 2 minutes more.

 

Tropical Smoothie Bowl

A bowl of energy! All that you need for an amazing start to the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sliced and frozen banana
  • Frozen mango chunks
  • Frozen pineapple chunks
  • One cup of almond milk

How to make it?

In a blender, pulse banana, mango, and pineapple with almond milk until smooth but still thick, stopping and stirring occasionally. Add more liquid if needed. Pout into 2 bowls. Top as desired.
