The Dhurandhar 2 OTT release finally brought Ranveer Singh’s record-breaking spy sequel to UAE screens. Dhurandhar: The Revenge streams on Netflix in the UAE in an extended Raw and Undekha cut that runs nearly 3 hours 52 minutes.
The Dhurandhar 2 OTT premiere in the UAE was on Netflix, which began streaming Dhurandhar: The Revenge on 15 May 2026, according to the official Netflix UAE listing reported by Khaleej Times. A standard Netflix UAE subscription is all you need.
For Gulf audiences, streaming is the only legal way to see the film. Like the first part, it was banned from cinemas across all six GCC countries, so it never played in the UAE.

Dhurandhar 2 OTT: why it matters for the Gulf
The first Dhurandhar was blocked across the GCC, a ban its distributor’s overseas partner estimated cost about US$10 million. The sequel followed the same path, which made it one of the biggest Hindi films ever released that almost nobody in the UAE could see on a big screen.
Khaleej Times noted that many UAE residents had already watched it in packed multiplexes while travelling abroad. For everyone else, the Dhurandhar 2 OTT date was effectively the release date.
The numbers explain the hunger. Dhurandhar: The Revenge grossed more than ₹1,852 crore worldwide, according to its Wikipedia entry, making it the second-highest-grossing Indian film of all time and the biggest Hindi film ever in India. Its ₹475.93 crore overseas total was earned without a single Gulf screening.
The Raw and Undekha cut explained
Undekha means unseen. Khaleej Times described the Netflix version as a director’s cut with scenes that never reached Indian cinemas, plus reportedly longer end credits.
In India, the CBFC certified the film A and some violent scenes and profanities were trimmed, leaving a theatrical runtime of 229 minutes. The streaming version runs about 232 minutes, so viewers who caught the film in a cinema abroad still have new material to look out for.
Plan your evening around it. At nearly four hours, it splits naturally at the interval and works well over two nights.
Dhurandhar 2 OTT: Netflix in the UAE, JioHotstar in India
Streaming rights are often split by territory. JioHotstar bought the Indian rights, reportedly for about ₹150 crore, while Netflix carries the international uncut version in markets including the UAE.
Indian viewers waited longer. JioHotstar gave the film a digital premiere on 4 June and made the Raw and Undekha cut widely available from 5 June, with Netflix India following on 19 June, according to Wikipedia.
Trying to reach the Indian service with a VPN can break a platform’s terms of use. In the UAE, the Netflix app is the simple, legal option.

Dhurandhar 2 OTT: what the sequel is about
Aditya Dhar’s second and final chapter follows Ranveer Singh’s undercover Indian intelligence agent, Hamza Ali Mazari, as he works his way into Karachi’s criminal syndicates and Pakistani politics while seeking revenge for the 26/11 attacks. R. Madhavan returns as spymaster Ajay Sanyal and Sanjay Dutt as Chaudhary Aslam.
Arjun Rampal plays Major Iqbal, while Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi return as Yalina and Jameel Jamali. Singh’s agent is credited under both his cover name and his real name, Jaskirat Singh Rangi.
Shashwat Sachdev composed the music, and T-Series reportedly paid ₹27 crore for the soundtrack rights. The two films together cost a reported ₹250 to 255 crore, a scale that the Dhurandhar 2 OTT cut lets you appreciate at home. Our Dhurandhar 2 trailer review breaks down the first look at the story.
Why the four-hour cut is worth your time
If you liked the first film, the sequel is an easy recommendation. Audiences turned the sequel into a phenomenon: it was the first Hindi film to cross ₹1,000 crore net in India and set a record with ₹75 crore from paid previews. It is also the highest-grossing A-rated Indian film of all time. Singh’s performance drew the most praise.
Critics were more divided. Rotten Tomatoes shows 33% positive from 21 reviews, with objections centring on the violence and the film’s politics. The extended cut gives the story more room, though casual viewers may find the pace demanding.
Dhurandhar 2 OTT: watch part one first
If you never saw the first film, start there. Dhurandhar has streamed on Netflix in the UAE since late January 2026, in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, as Gulf News reported. An uncut Raw and Undekha version of part one followed on 22 May, so check which version the app lists for you.
The two parts were shot back to back as one story, and the sequel picks up exactly where the first ends. Watching both in their extended versions is a commitment of more than seven hours, so a weekend is the realistic plan. Revisit Dhurandhar’s OTT run to see how part one took over streaming charts.
