Father-son duo and megastars Ram Charan – Chiranjeevi raise the excitement with Acharya

The two South actors co-starring for the first time in a feature film has made Acharya one of the most-awaited films

The father-son duo of megastars Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan will soon be seen sharing screen space for the first time in a full-length feature film, Acharya. And this combination of the dashing duo alone makes Acharya one of the most awaited films of 2021.

Chiranjeevi has been reigning as a bonafide mega-star for more than four decades now and made his presence felt in some of the biggest commercial money spinners – including some that turned out to be huge landmarks in the history of Indian cinema. On the other hand, his son Ram Charan catapulted into the league of superstars with a terrific performance in the blockbuster Magadheera. And although the two pan-India superstars did share screen space briefly when Chiranjeevi made a cameo in Magadheera, the father-son had never done a full-fledged project together and were waiting for a suitable offer to share celluloid space. However, the wait finally ended for them and their fans keen to see them together with Acharya. With an exciting storyline backing their association, the film is already being much-talked about in the trade circles as well.

Interestingly, Ram Charan too had made a cameo in Khaidi No.150, a film that happened to be Chiranjeevi’s comeback film. And now Acharya will be the first ever movie where the two stars have joined hands together for longer individual innings.

Acharya produced jointly by Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy, is currently in the making.
