The Harry Potter generation now feels truly grown up.. With Daniel Radcliffe, who plays the titular lead, expecting a child, we now finally see him as a less of a Hogwarts student. Of course, Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) and Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) are already parents, this news hits different. Radcliffe and his longtime girlfriend of almost a decade, actress Erin Darke will be parents for the first time.

The spot of good news about baby Potter have been verified by his team, and has led his fans to be overjoyed. The duo was papped on New York streets, with Darke’s baby bump fairly visible. The couple has been romantically linked since they met on the sets of the 2013 film, Kill Your Darlings.
In an interview last year, Radcliffe has spoken about his children conditionally – if and when they exist, he would love for them to hang around film sets, just like his childhood was spent.
